“Prison of Mind” is an evocative portrayal of my journey towards self-discovery. The artwork depicts a woman ensnared by her own limiting beliefs. Despite her chains, she exudes power and sophistication, embodying the vastness of the sky and the depth of the woods within her soul. Illuminated by a radiant fire, she faces a duality: this fire has the potential to consume the woods within her or to ignite her rebirth from the ashes. The piece challenges her to turn inward and recognize the illusory nature of the floating bars that confine her. The upward drip of black paint symbolizes that her dark reality is only as tangible as she perceives it to be. Since I started doing home workout with any setting and any ongoing family stuff, I have been able to stick with daily activities no matter what!
